The day after Christmas we hopped on a plane and flew north to visit my family in Cd'A
While we were there, we lunched at our favorite places:
Hudson's Hamburgers (which we ate on the tailgate of Papa's truck because the restaurant was too full),
and Chad and I met up with some of my high school buddies at Rob's Seafood & Burgers.
The food at home was awesome too, we made our usual kabobs, orange rolls, and chocolate cheese pie!
The kids are growing up to think that Christmas is more than just a day, it is at least a month of presents and family time!
The weather wasn't super snowy, not enough to go sledding. But we did get the chance to go eagle watching by the lake. This was an amazing experience for all of us, we saw several eagles up close!
